  • Unexpected Customer Care That Truly Stands Out

My daughter worked with Ashish S. for Physics, and she pulled off an A in the course — so that alone says a lot. But what really got me was when MPB actually called to apologize for a session cancellation. I mean, no kidding, I wasn’t expecting that from a smaller tutoring outfit. That kind of accountability is rare. These folks genuinely care about their clients, and I have a good feeling they’re going places.

Sawyer Benjamin, 16 sessions with Ashish S in Physics, University of Texas - Austin
